At first you would think you were in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris. Paris, Texas would be closer! This is the little garden area of the Dallas Museum of Art, outside their bookstore.
Old Homestead
Late one fall evening I found this abandoned farm near one of the suburbs of Dallas. Amazing to find something like this still standing and not torn down for new development. Captured it while it is still there.

Cinematic Equines
Another drive into East Texas. A raining day, not expecting too much, when I came across this tableau. I immediately saw the cinematic quality of light and shapes. Standing in a steady rain, I took several shots with this one having the most of what I was seeing.
